The last of the tomatoes


Roast Tomatoes 

Raw tomatoes
olive oil
salt and pepper
thyme
oregano
basil
garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 350. Slice tomatoes in half and remove seeds. 
Toss the tomatoes to coat them
with olive oil and herbs. Bake in the center of the oven for 25-45 minutes depending on size of
tomatoes. Allow to cool completely before using.
