Raw Vegetable Salad
Use whatever is in season. Try adding lettuce, romaine, spinach
radishes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, carrots
broccoli, snow peas, fresh herbs
Peel whatever is necessary; chop or grate everything and mix well.
Serve with your favorite dressing. But Julia would prefer a simple vinaigrette.
Serve. A stem of Dahlia could be your new dinner companion. Bon Appetit. |
