Asian Pear Martini


Asian Pear Martini

1 1/2 ounces sake
1 ounce apple juice
1/2 lemon
1 slice pear

Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes; add in the sake, pear liqueur, and apple juice.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the shaker.
Gently stir the ingredients careful not to break the ice cubes.
Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with a pear slice.

The Fall of Rome


The Fall of Rome Cocktail

1 dash Lime Juice
1 part Brandy
Orange Juice
2 parts Dry Vermouth
1 dash Sherry
Pour vermouth and brandy into a glass, add lime
and fill with orange juice. Stir, and a splash of brandy
on top, and serve.

Sip and dream of Marc Antony.

Spring Break with Caipirnha


The Caipirnha

1 lime, quartered
2 teaspoon fine sugar
2 oz cachaca

Place the lime wedges and sugar into a glass.
Muddle well.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour in the cachaca.
Stir well.


Visit the beach in your dreams often. Welcome spring.

Gin Rickey

Gin Rickey

1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounces London dry gin
club soda

Squeeze the lime juice into glass full of ice. Add the gin, top off 

with choice of bubbly water. Add a lime slice.
Enjoy Saturday night.
