July 1st. Blueberries and Raspberries make me smile

Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait

2 cups fresh raspberries and a few for garnish
2 cups fresh blueberries and a few for garnish
6 ounces non-fat greek yogurt
In two separate sauce pans heat berries with 2 tablespoons water in each. Bring to boil over medium high heat. Stir each. Reduce heat to medium, cover and let simmer about 6 minutes until most have burst open. Remove from heat and purée in a blender. Sweeten to taste with stevia if desired.
Top with additional berries if desired.
